Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Flame Resistant clothing (due to specialized safety requirements)
- Bridal items (special orders with customization)
- Gifts & Decor (personalized items)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Shipping
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
