Order Processing

We saddle up fast! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two reliable ways to get your western wear to your doorstep:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic western gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right—just like a good neighbor would.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Flame Resistant clothing (due to specialized safety requirements)
  • Bridal items (special orders with customization)
  • Gifts & Decor (personalized items)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our ranch at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
